Energizing the limbs, Breath Regulation, Sound Vibrations, Visualizations and Affirmations, Practical Tips on Transformation and Healing. Philosophical tools used in the guidance are Vedanta and the Kabbalah. Comparative mythology video links to watch at home, help to bring about a therapeutic awareness of how our subconscious has universal connections.
The course is for 4 weeks, one session per week. Conducted upon request from groups. Fees is $100 for the whole course. Reviews by previous students are available upon request.
